Please note, by proceeding to make payment, you confirm your understanding of and acceptance to these Terms & Conditions.
‘Covid-19 Pandemic’
By confirming your reservation and making payment, you acknowledge that there is a global pandemic and the government of Singapore can choose to stop Cultured Generation Pte Ltd from running this Retreat until further notice. You understand that in this event, you will have the option to either receive a refund or rebook a new retreat at the purchased value.
According to the current SMS regulations,
If you test positive for Covid-19:
More than 1 week prior to the retreat: If you are fully vaccinated, you may discharge yourself from self-isolation and join the retreat.
Less than 1 week of the retreat: Do inform Re:Qi team as soon as possible. You may opt for a refund following the refund schedule or a partial credit to be applied to the upcoming retreat. The credit amount will be the total amount paid minus $250 per pax + initial 3% platform + (3.4% + $0.50) transaction fees.
You may join us and exit self-isolation after 72 hours if you have had a negative self-administered ART result.
If you are a close contact with someone who tested positive:
More than 1 week prior to the retreat: You may join the retreat if you have a negative ART result.
Within 1 week of the retreat: You may join the retreat if you have a negative ART result. You will be encouraged to take ART for the rest of the retreat as well.
Less than 5 days of the retreat: You may opt for a refund following the refund schedule or a partial credit to be applied to the upcoming retreat. The credit amount will be the total amount paid minus $250 per pax + initial 3% platform + (3.4% + $0.50) transaction fees.
‘Prior to booking’
Re:Qi Retreat involves light to moderate physical activity (including but not limited to: yoga, walking, stretching). Please contact Re:Qi team on any medical condition you may have before purchasing any tickets.
‘Retreat reservation’
Changes to room type are subject to availability, but please note a refund may not be given for a change to a lower-cost room type. Should you change to a higher cost room, you will be asked to pay the difference prior to confirmation of the new room type.
The menu at Re:Qi Retreat is set in advance and we have no obligation to provide alternatives, however, we will do our best to accommodate your dietary preferences, provided these are informed to us at least 7 days in advance. Each guest is responsible for their own dietary requirements and while we will make every effort to accommodate food allergies, all our meals are prepared in the same kitchen and therefore no guarantee can be given.
‘Cancellation & Refunds’
All changes and cancellations shall follow the refund schedule below:
2 months before the retreat - 100% will be refunded (less initial 3% platform + (3.4% + $0.50) transaction fees)
1 month before the retreat - 75% will be refunded (less initial 3% platform + (3.4% + $0.50) transaction fees)
Less than 2 weeks before the retreat - 50% (less initial 3% platform + (3.4% + $0.50) transaction fees)
Less than 1 week before the retreat - 25% will be refunded (less initial 3% platform + (3.4% + $0.50) transaction fees)
No shows will result in a 100% charge of full stay/attendance at Re:Qi. There are also no refunds provided for partial attendance of any and all Re:Qi workshops and experiences, including meals.
‘During the retreat’
Cultured Generation Pte Ltd will not be liable for any additional costs, losses or expenses resulting from any cancellation of the event or any change to its time or date.
Charges do not include but are not limited to: transport to and from the hotel, any food, beverage, other purchases directly from the hotel/restaurant outside of what is provided by Re:Qi.
Cultured Generation Pte Ltd may alter, add, withdraw or substitute facilitators and workshops outside the advertised details for the Retreat, including altering seating arrangements and workshop capacity without prior notice.
Cultured Generation Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the time or date of Re:Qi Retreat, or any workshop of Re:Qi at their discretion.
The extent of Cultured Generation Pte Ltd’s liability to you shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Retreat and Cultured Generation Pte Ltd (and their agents, subcontractors, employees, etc) shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
If you are photographed, filmed or taped, you consent to Cultured Generation Pte Ltd’s discretion to broadcast, publish, licence and use any photographs, films, recordings or images of you without compensation.
‘Safety’
You agree to and shall indemnify and hold harmless Cultured Generation Pte Ltd for any damage to any of your personal property, and any injury, sickness or death, arising out of or during or in relation to workshops and events, unless due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Cultured Generation Pte Ltd.
For the safety of our guests and facilitators, Cultured Generation Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest(s) from the Retreat due to any disorderly or improper behaviour.
Cultured Generation Pte Ltd shall not be liable to refund the Retreat price or any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance, terrorist attack, epidemic, government interference or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions will not be affected. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
